World’s Most Complicated Corkscrew

What is it with old men and building unnecessarily complicated machines to accomplish everyday tasks? What we have here is a machine that turns opening a wine bottle into an event unto itself.

As if I needed an excuse to open just one more bottle…

If that guy in those Christian books had wine running through his veins, then they shouldn’t mind me showing up all wine-veined on Sunday morning. Hey, I’m just trying to keep up with the Christs.
