Want a Wooden Mouse? Yeah, Me Neither!

I can kind of understand how someone might want their mouse to match their wooden decor. Since these wooden mice start at a thousand dollars, I’m guessing that someone could probably have a craftsman make a wooden mouse for less. Or just compromise. And I don’t mean the kind of compromise that involves sacrificing the company’s AED defibrillator for an executive mouse.
I mean that someone could probably spend less than a hundred bucks and end up with a brilliant mouse. Personally, If I was going to spend a bunch of money on a mouse, Microsoft has a nice big one that feels like it really belongs in my hand. I think it’s this one, but it’s hard to tell from the pictures. Looks like the mouse has some button issues, anyway. That sucker costs eighty bucks in stores, so I won’t be owning one any time soon. Of course that’s just a drop in the bucket compared to the $1000-$1300 price tag associated with the various wooden mice that Alestrukov is selling.
i wouldn’t spend a thousand on a computer let alone a mouse. If I ever spend more than $100 on a mouse, it’s because it crawls down the desk and sweeps and mops floors when I got to bed at night.
