USB Cigarette Makes Me Confused

Leave it to Japan to come up with a USB powered cigarette that doesn’t actually contain tobacco. Supposedly it produces some sort of smoke, but most likely the aromatherapeutic kind that any Mesothelioma lawyer worth his salt would despise. The product page is completely useless as well:

Not that I’m not sorry for those struggling with an addiction, but isn’t this just a bit over the top?
It is a bit crazy… and I don’t think that it would help sooth the savage beast that needs nicotine so badly, but as it is, smokers use patches , gum, hypnosis and probably pills …. to try to quit.
