New Polyurethane Heals In The Sun

Advances in polyurethane mean that scratched paint may be a thing of the past- at least once. It can be used to coat anything that is likely to get scratched- from cars to exit signs to laptops. UV rays from the sun can heal it, but only once. The makers claim that “Hitting the same place twice is unlikely”.
Well, at least it’s a step in the right direction. It would be nice if it could heal scratches a number of times.
Coolness. I can see many uses for that.
