Yesterday’s post was a bit short because I spent the day pulling out carpet in my office. I now have thirty year old linoleum tiles in there.. because that’s what I found under the carpet, and I’m not too crazy about removing those as well.. Last time I removed old linoleum tiles, I spent several months worrying that I was going to get mesothelioma from the asbestos that may or may not have been contained in the linoleum. After researching, I think that a one time exposure isn’t so bad- it’s the constant exposure that you’ve got to worry about. Either way, I don’t want to have to remove the tile, clean off the old glue and re-tile the whole room… I’d still be working on that instead of blogging if that was the case.
