Besides their fun-loving-kiddie product uses, these things probably make re-arranging rooms a lot easier. When I was a kid, we didn’t have any of this “turn your living room into a playground” goodness, so we would ride garbage down the side of the wash. If we were lucky, we’d have an old shipping palette or a broken barbie dream corvette to ride down. On bad days, we just had cardboard. So the moral of this story seems to be: hooray for garbage?
