Drum Table

Here’s another product to add to the ever growing list of things that I will never buy: A table with percussion instruments attached to the bottom. The reasons I will never buy this are numerous:

1) I already own a drum. And if I wanted to sit around banging drums with friends, I have donkey conga.

2)I don’t need no stinking drum table- I am already infinitely amused by banging on just about anything I can get my tapping fingers on. Seriously- a normal table would be just as amusing to me as this overpriced and ridiculous product.

3)There is no three… gotcha!

Depending on the size of the table that you want, you’ll be paying between $800 and $2900 for it. That could buy you a complete drum set. Actually , it could probably buy you several cheap drum sets, or one or two nice drum sets. Not to mention the number of small hand percussion instruments that you could afford. But noooo, you want to hide your drums under a table… I think that in this case, a little glue could go a looong way in saving you some dough.

Looks pretty cool, I wonder how it sounds. If you are family minded and your family is drum minded, it might be something cool for dinner..
