Challenge Coin

I just learned what a challenge coin is. Military dudes are issued these coins to prove their identity. One guy was nearly executed until he produced his challenge coin, and it saved his life. After that incident, servicemen would challenge their mates to produce the challenge coin, and if the guy didn’t have it, he had to buy the challenger a drink. If he did have a coin, the challenger had to buy the next drink.
