I wonder if it costs less to feed a bunch of animals or to keep this place ice cold? Scratch that- this place is well below icy- the depths of this frigid cave are -20C. People who want to gaze upon these flash-frozen sea-beasties must wear a special suit to keep them from getting too cold, and they’re still only allowed to stay a short while.
This makes me wonder if the extra calories needed to keep your body warm make for a good fat burner . Did you know that drinking a cold glass of water makes your body expend 200 calories? Your body has to warm the water before it can be absorbed!
This place is called Kori no Suizokukan, located in Kesennuma, Miyagi Prefecture, Japan.
An injured bat decided to go for a ride on the space shuttle. Okay, it didn’t know it was going for a ride, but people are saying that it was injured, so it probably needed a lift anyway. Sadly, this little guy probably froze to death while shooting for the stars.

The same can be said for my dates. This machine is obviously chastity belt free. Dirty girl!
My favorite part of this vid is about 30-35 seconds in, when the little boy is obviously telling the adults that the little girl is in the machine. The woman takes a look and says something like: “oh come on, stop making things up!”.
The little girl probably thinks she’s in heaven once she is completely inside the “prize cavity”.
The power is shut off near the end- either because it’s warm inside of the machine, or for fear of electrical shock.
I’m really surprised that there isn’t a pile of stuffed animals on the floor by the end.
This reminds me a lot of my dates- after I crawl inside the “prize hole”, some jerk always brings a crowd to watch. They inevitably cut the electricity and pull me out. Worst of all I don’t even get a stuffed animal for my efforts. I suppose this is what I get for dating the fat lady from the freakshow.
