This video confuses me to no end, and that has nothing to do with me staying up until four in the morning drinking rum and playing tower defense games. Yo Ho Ho, I’m Captain More-Ham!

Besides putting on a pretty light show, this device also tells time. I don’t quite get how it pulls this off, but after seeing the video, I’m pretty sure that a functional hard drive isn’t necessary.

I’m pretty sure that you could set this thing to hypnotize people, which could come in really handy when the IRS performs their audit this afternoon.

EDIT: I’m getting a huge refund! Thanks Uncle Sam.

Someone in Hitachi’s viral promotion department is probably being forced to pee in a cup right now. I bet that it’s coming out in neon swirls due to all the psychedelics that he’s on.

I remember when a gigabyte was a lot of memory, and yet we’ve come up with new and exciting ways to use up that storage. I call them the three P’s : Piracy, Porn, and Pictures of the mayor buying drugs from me.

I guess those aren’t so much a “we” thing as they are a “me” thing. Let’s just say that I’m above the law, at least until the next election. That’s right- the mayor is addicted to cat tranquilizers.

I found this one at Gizmodo, where they haven’t seen a good lid since the seventies. Maybe they should hang out with me more often.
