This video confuses me to no end, and that has nothing to do with me staying up until four in the morning drinking rum and playing tower defense games. Yo Ho Ho, I’m Captain More-Ham!

Besides putting on a pretty light show, this device also tells time. I don’t quite get how it pulls this off, but after seeing the video, I’m pretty sure that a functional hard drive isn’t necessary.

I’m pretty sure that you could set this thing to hypnotize people, which could come in really handy when the IRS performs their audit this afternoon.

EDIT: I’m getting a huge refund! Thanks Uncle Sam.

homemade_circus_ride

I’m not sure what to make of this, but it seems to be some sort of homemade circus ride. If you look at the back-left of this thing, you can see some guides, as if it’s meant to ride on a track. This actually looks like it would be a fun little ride if they only got some sturdier chairs for it (and a real gas tank)!

Watch this girl turn a T-shirt into a bikini! It’s pretty awesome, and you get to watch her model it at the end of the video. Big thanks to Skirmisher for this highly educational material.

Check out this cool little robot- it roams around trying to find stuff to strike. When it finds something that makes a good sound, it starts to make it’s own little rhythm and plays on the ‘instrument’ for a little while before venturing off to play on something else. What is really cool is that the inventor reveals all of the tricks and equipment that he used to make it. See a video of the robot in action here, and at the previous link.

Tired of moving your antenna every which way to get a better signal? Does your WiFi signal dance remind you of the old days of rotating the bunny ears on your TV for the best signal? Try out this little homemade WiFi antenna:

10$ WIFI Super Antenna – video powered by Metacafe

Of course, as with anything you see on the internet- it should be taken with a grain of salt. This could easily be yet another fake how to video.
