Computer Inside Keyboard

Okay, so this isn’t exactly a new concept- the last time I saw a computer that had a keyboard permanently attached to it, it was a commodore 64. But it has been a long time since we’ve seen a modern computer that had the keyboard built into it.

Maybe this is something that is long overdue? It really depends on your computing needs- some people like having more than one optical drive, for example. Also, you cannot add a video card, so you’ll find yourself stuck with integrated graphics…. still, if you’ve ever wanted to take your PC to a friends house or on a business, trip, this is a good start.

Wingless Fans In Our Future?

New fans being developed may help computer become smaller and quieter. I know my computer sounds like a tornado. Okay, that’s exaggerating, but I can hear it from the next room with it’s noisy fans.

So how does one move air without fan blades? They use “electric fields to generate a plasma that can move air.”

Okay. Whatever the means, the result may include self cooling computer chips, and fans that move three times the air and are 1/4th the size of fans that are in use today.
